Deciding if this book is right for you
The techniques in this book will require little money but significant time on your part in the first few months. The amount of time needed after that drops to a few hours a month plus the signing work.
You will not be soliciting borrowers. That would disqualify you as the neutral notary and you could not do the signings.
This book will not work for you in Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Georgia, and South Carolina if you do not meet those states' required special licensing requirements.
You must be available for weekday meetings and signings.
You must have completed at least 100 loan signing packages to know how the loan industry works.
You need not have done Reverse Mortgages signings. Step 2 will tell you how to get experience.
This book assumes you know your state's notary regulations and practices thoroughly.
